Dear Nevergoodenough--
You are enough. (The "enough" things is something I have to remind myself, though I don't know that I'll ever quite feel it.) I am sorry that you are feeling so desperate and depressed right now. Is there anything that has helped you before? Binge watching a show on Netflix and focusing on a character's issues (not that I am saying this is better than a walk, but I've been trying to get out for a walk for years...a show where I can turn my attention to something/one else? I can do that.

Reading rom-com or sci-fi? I'm not talking War and Peace here, but just a few pages at a time...Maybe even just doodling on a piece of paper?
Of course, just taking things an hour at a time to make it through the day however you can is progress.
