Well, first welcome to the site! No one here can give real medical advice but we are full of all the other kinds of advice.

You seem to have your problem pretty well assessed, however your anxiety is certainly contributing to the idea that only another drug just like this one will help you.

I don't know where you are (and would be interested) but usually psychologists in USA cannot prescribe medication... to prevent patients from falling into problems like you're in.

Ok so, you need to see a medical doctor. Your anxiety will try to tell you all sorts of horrible things that will happen if you do this, but truly a good MD will be able to help you out straight away.

There are many wonderful medications in this world today that help with everything you are experiencing. You have to ask for help, though, and quit trying to self medicate, it doesn't work. (THAT IS one on the reasons we have MDs eh?)

You must stop taking meds on your own. Make an appointment for an MD or a psychiatrist and tell them you need something for your anxiety.

You should certainly mention how you began taking this medication (like, it's not your fault, ok?) and you think you're addicted and afraid it isn't working good enough or whatever.

Don't put this off... it can be easier to feel better than you know!

Let us know, ok?
