8:30 IS early when your office isn't in your home. To get to T's office by 8:30, I have to be up at 6:30. She probably has to be up even earlier because she has to open up the office, go through her notes, etc. before she sees me, and she doesn't live super close to her office, and she has to drive in rush hour traffic.
But mostly 8:30 is just early for me. And I guess for other clients too, since literally no one else is there when I go see her at that time, whereas if I see her at 11, there are 4 or 5 other Ts and all their clients in the waiting room. So I guess there are positives to having class at 10 and thus needing to see T at 8:30...no awkward running into other clients as you enter/leave.
Who the heck gets up at FOUR????? That is irrational. The human body is not meant for this.
