Yeah it's really tough I alternate between losing a lot of weight when I just don't have appetite and eating everything and gaining a lot of weight. The energy necessary is just crazy difficult. What I find helps is to try and find some sort of fitness group to join? Accountability really helps for me. I do karate and I'm fairly regular so they will ask if I've been missing and to me that's worse than not showing up.
