I voted 4 to 7 because that is most correct I think... or not.
The meds I sort of have to take are 1 + 1.5 + 2. If I take the max allowed I take 1 + 1.5 + 4 + 1. That is 7.5...

But then if I had been prescribed the stronger xanax I would have taken a half instead of 2 and 1 instead of 4.

I didn't add in vitamins because I forget to take them for long periods of time and not painkillers because they are just now and then. Also many days I take a zantac as well. And sometimes I also another med as well, half or one pill but I prefer not to. So maybe I should have voted more than 7? Heck if I know, LOL.
