I think the point of the pedicure is to do something nice to your self if you are going through a rough time, treating yourself, getting your self doing something.

Yeah that isn't my list, I came across it and found some of it good. Didn't notice the pedicure part,but aparently this is a list from survivors of abuse or rape I believe.
