Depending what she likes... I would buy a selection of some "classic" colors (sparkly and non sparkly, various colors and hues). Red is okay, maybe some pinks and "frosty" colors (sparkly light hues).

Maybe avoid the ultramodern stuff as neon green for now, you can get that for the next occasion if she expresses a desire for that.
