I'd go for the brand Essie. Reason is it is a little thinner and slightly less glossy then some of the other brands such as opi. It is thick enough to apply one coat but I recommend seche quick dry top coat. The colors range from fashion to classic so you could get a nice variety. Unless she is really eclectic and where's bright artsy clothes I would stay away from sparklies. For her fun side go for fun colors instead. Just my opinion.

Does she do toes? You can be much riskier with toes.
