I've been on Effexor since late last year and since starting on it, I rarely ever sleep enough to have dreams, be they good or bad Plus my anxiety and self defeating thought have gotten much worse.

Now it's doubtful my GP will let me come off it. I'm on 75mg XR daily and am scared to stop cold turkey, so I keep going back for repeat scripts. I've gone down a rabbit hole and I'm not sure there's any going back!!
