My T doesn't have his own office as I visit him at a centre. The room we use had two low seats (for me & him) facing each other but at a slight angle with a low table in the middle. It has a window & another desk & chair with a mini wardrobe type thing - it's functional & impersonal. Not sure if I like it - it's ok I guess.
