Hi there. I love my coffee too. I have decaf on hand for the days/weekends I know I'll want to have a cup by my side all day.
I also have regular coffee on hand.
I will mix it according to what I think I can handle. I need a little caffeine, so I might start my day with a cup of regular, then switch to decaf (or decaf tea or water). Or, I might mix it half and half or a third regular and two-thirds decaf.
One of these days I'd like to get off it again. I was off for a while and was fine, once I got used to it. But when depression hit again I needed it, I felt.
Coffee is one of those things... one day the reports say it is the best thing since sliced bread... then two days later the next report says it'll kill ya.
