Get some INTENSE exercise.
Hold ice in your hands
Put a lemon slice under your tongue
Peel an orange (surprisingly more helpful than you might think)
Write. It doesn't have to be serious, or it can be, just let it flow
It's these insane urges that you think you'll never get through that will help you prove to yourself that you really can overcome this!
Figure out exactly what it is that made you feel like you wanted to SI. Take that and make it into a drawing of a monster or something and then burn it or tear it into shreds.
