I think you went in there with pre determined expectations and it didn't go your way totally so you're quitting. Therapy takes years and definitely time to trust and get to know each other. I've had 4 therapists in 4 years. One for only one session the latest,who I adore for a year now. Homework helps your T as well as you understand your thought processes about cutting and sui thoughts,so that you think next time before doing it again. That's CBT. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
