Hey man, instead of focusing the things you think are wrong with you, make a list of the things that are COOL about you!

Hair loss on a guy isn't so bad, it's more acceptable than it is on a girl... trust me. Hair loss since age 8 due to Trichotillomania. By 15 was almost completely bald, no eyelashes, or eyebrows. For a teenage girl it was devastating. I had to wear the most obvious wigs.

If people are gonna be that distracted by your physical appearance, then they aren't worth it!! No matter how attractive they may be, if you get to know them and they care so much about superficial things, you'll soon be wishing you had chosen people by their internal characteristics instead.
