LOL it's in our employee handbook that "inclement weather" is not a valid excuse for missing work. They figure if you choose to live in northwestern Wisconsin, you know how to deal with it! I wouldn't have an excuse anyway, because I only have a 2 minute drive to work. Might be the one positive thing I've found in this minuscule town!
