Don't let yourself be alone. You probably feel like that's all you want, is to be alone, but the thoughts always get worse when you're alone.
That's so sweet that your husband cares for you like that! I hope that his midterm went well today and that you were able to talk.
Sometimes just being with people isn't enough. Be nice to yourself, eat your comfort food, watch a funny video (I like to look up funny cat videos on youtube), skype a friend, read a funny book. But whatever you do...do. not. ruminate. Depression often makes you look for the bad in every situation and add up every reason possible as to why life sucks. Don't listen. Be strong! It will end!! It will end!! There is another side that does not look like this.
