well with self harm its an addication and even if its been awile the temtation is still there slowly building up but what you should do is be honist, teel your boyfriend he could probibly help, but the last thing you want is for you to lose people in your life because they found out that you lied, best of luck to you with getting rid of the addiction of cutting
