Just know that everyone is feeling that way and you ARE not alone. Most of the time we feel like we're the only ones feeling awful and nobody understands and we're all alone. That makes it all the more scary and depressing and demotivating, since everyone seems to be doing so well.
I would advice you to take some time to reflect everyday for 10 minutes about what you want in life, and refresh your motivation. Remind yourself that it is all in your head. Anxiety and excess worry should all be released maybe by exercise (endorphin makes you happy) or meditation and calming techniques. It is NOT the end of the world. It really isn't
