Wow. I don't know you, but you are in my head. I don't know what would help/motivate you, but I can tell you what helped me.
Don't make a large to-do list when you are feeling this way. Do ONE thing. One thing that will make you feel just a little better, a little refreshed.
One time, all I did was put clean sheets on my bed and crawled back in. That was it. That's all I did that day. But I slept a little sounder, and then, the NEXT day, I showered and changed into clean PJs. The day after that... clean clothes AND I ate enough to take my vitamins without feeling sick.
Sometimes, you have crawl before you can run. So, don't get ahead of yourself. Eventually, make a to-do list and don't beat yourself up that you only crossed off 1 or 2 things.. there is always tomorrow. Hang in until then. Have faith that you will get there.
