One time, all I did was put clean sheets on my bed and crawled back in. That was it. That's all I did that day. But I slept a little sounder, and then, the NEXT day, I showered and changed into clean PJs. The day after that... clean clothes AND I ate enough to take my vitamins without feeling sick.

Sometimes, you have crawl before you can run. So, don't get ahead of yourself. Eventually, make a to-do list and don't beat yourself up that you only crossed off 1 or 2 things.. there is always tomorrow. Hang in until then. Have faith that you will get there.

I've cleaned my room a little but now I feel more tired... But the bf is taking me out for food and I need to get ready n I just have no energy whatsoever xxx
