I go here and to my friend's forum which is mainly for depression. I notice I dart back and forth putting posts, but sometimes the same topic is discussed both places. Sometimes my post there could fit well here as well and vice versa.

Is there a rule about cloning posts, do all posts I put here have to be unique for this forum?
