I started it because before i started art therapy i could find nothing about what one was like from the perspective of a client and thought it might help others thinking about going down that route. Also it's a good outlet for me and a way of processing my sessions. But i never told my therapist i have this blog because i worried that if she looked for it or asked to read it that i would filter what i wrote and about my feelings and i didn't want that, i wanted my blog to be real and raw." then I think it should totally make sense to her. She would probably like to know what you have learned so far. Do you think she might ask you to share some of it with her? Just wondering if you are ready to deal with that should it arise. I don't think you were being dishonest at all tho, and you were careful to keep it anonymous. I am so sorry you had a negative response to this from another therapist.
