The label doesn't matter I don't think. My BP changed from 2 to 1 after I had a mixed episode (brought on by celexa) so even if you're considered 2 now it can change. But my doctor in the hospital told me that it's just a number on paper.

Anyway it does sound like it could be a mixed state. I agree with the Benadryl advice. I took it just to keep calm enough to avoid doing real harm because my impulse control was shot. I took way too much so I would avoid that but it can help get you to sleep at night.
