I'm still doing ok, even with the lack of sleep, but I know I have to get it until control soon. Lack of sleep is one of my main triggers for bpd, so basically if this goes on for a few more days, I may end up losing control only because I'm so tired. It has happenned in the past and I don't want this to happen again... I'm really trying to find healthy ways to sleep, but even spending the night at a friend's house where I feel safe hasn't helped. I laid most of the night awake in bed...
