I get paranoid/delusional, but only during manic episodes. Last time I was terrified of calling my pdoc because I just KNEW he was going to put me in the hospital, later on I realized that he was fighting to keep me OUT (we did a lot of med tweaks during that one). I also tend to think people are staring at me and talking about me, and that they're trying to keep me from having fun. And just for the hell of it, I'll hear snippets of classical music that's never been written, then wonder who's playing tricks on me. Oh yes, I'm a lot of fun to have around when I'm delusional. LOL
