I would just go to my GP, if it were me, because my Pdoc/GP communicate and GP knows what meds I'm on.

If I were YOU, I'd call your Pdoc and I'd do it soon with the weekend coming (so many people don't work Friday afternoons!).

I'm surprised she's willing to prescribe you benzo's when she knows you've been "stealing" them.
