Hi again I too have this it is osteoarthritis of the hip, being over active or the cold weather makes it worse.
Of course I'm no dr so please get it checked out.
When my dr pressed on the area between the lower right and hip bone I nearly squeaked it was that intense.
Caused by a fall I had back in 2008 where I had a bursa in the hip and a fractured pubis ramus ( spelling wrong?) and of course over time it gets worse.
That's what I have anyway with identical symptoms as yours
