Just a few things...
1. We always encourage members to post such resources to the forums that they run across. But we also *greatly* encourage members to (a) submit resources to Resource Directory (click on "Resources" in the top menu bar, navigate to the appropriate category, like Bipolar, then click "Add new site"); (b) use our Resource Directory to find resources of interest to them.
Why? Because we actually review all those resources in the directory and can make sure they're legit.
2. I'm just a little wary of any website that doesn't have any information about the people running it. Especially a site collecting "medical information" on you, and especially a site without any privacy policy! Yikes. They could turn around and sell your data to anyone. I don't know who runs that site, so I would be careful about using it until they're a little more transparent.
3. While our tools aren't as pretty (yet!), we also allow you to track your mood via our online quizzes (click on Quizzes in the top menu). When you take a quiz on depression or mania or bipolar disorder, you can save your quiz results on the results screen. If you go into your profile here, you can then view saved results over time (with a graph too!). We'll be working on improving the display of this data sometime this year.
Best,
DocJohn
