Do you journal or see someone? It makes me feel crazy too. You are not alone there. It's always the same types of things for me too. What do you do to relax? It makes sense the same types of things would cause you anxiety. It can be a vicious circle. I understand it feeling irrational. That is the same with me too. I know there is really nothing wrong but the feelings are so overwhelming and then I panic. The nerves and what ifs. Cripes it is awful.
