I know what you're going through in a way-my boyfriend died unexpectedly on 7/1 of a "catastrophic heart attack." Late March would've been his 50th birthday.

I was doing OK with it till I had a dream about him last week-kind of interesting! I'm going to talk to my therapist about it Friday and look into some specific grief counseling.

I was told the dream meant I hadn't accepted his passing.
