I don't know what happenned, but I slept like a baby last night! Feeling so much better... I'll see how tonight goes and decide tomorrow whether to call her or to stick it out until monday. There's nothing I can do today anyway as my Pdoc doesn't work on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Going to my GP is not an option as I haven't seen him in 3 years and he doesn't even know I'm seeing a Pdoc.

Just to clarify, she doesn't want me to use benzos, so she would prescribe me something more harmless. She told me what it was, but I can't remember...
