FSAs

Do any of you have Flexible Spending Accounts at your jobs? We just got one where I work, and it's a big help with therapy bills. They just withhold a little money from each of my paychecks and put that into a separate account. I then send a statement of my therapy bill in and they reimburse me from that account. I've already been reimbursed more than I've contributed yet (you can do that because you have to commit to contributing a specific amount each year) and that's helpful. Also, I'm not being taxed on the money that goes into the separate account, so that's a big saving.

Anyway, do any of you guys have this? This is the first year of work where I've ever had a flexible spending account so am just now getting accustomed to it. Seems great though. I might have asked my employer about it ages ago if I'd really known anything about it.
