If your intention is to move up with her regardless of whether you have a job or not, get yourself a good used car and move there once she has a place you can live. If you are only going to move if you have a place to work, find the job first. I know it is easier to find a job if you live in the area but you do not know how long it will take you to find something. Your savings will dwindle fast if you have no income. Good Luck.
