Hi! I can't give you advices about meds because I don't take them (I never talked with a therapist), but I have intrusive thougths too. I don't know if you also have compulsions, but since I started to do anything after my thoughts, also if I had the 'desire' to do certains things, I began to feel less annoyed by these thoughts and to have them less often. And also to understand that I wasn't responsible for them helped a lot. What does your doctor say you to do?
