Everyone loved zombies! Cute zombies, and scary zombies. Lots of zombies in my town, little old people who have worked their lives away and are waiting their turn to go to the glue factory.

I think its our evolution anxiety. We have a drive to evolve as a species. We feel it as Individuals. We loom to the heavens for an image of what we might wish to be, ángel or ET. We look to the graves to sorry that what we have been (human history is appallingly cruel) and are afraid.

As we get more scared of our own brutal technology, our aliens get scarier and more reptilian.
