I have been on such a rollercoaster with this depression the past week. One minute I think I'm in the clear, the next minute a feel like I need to cry. My head is heavy and foggy, as though I'm wearing an iron cap. It's pressing down. My eyes are stinging from lack of good quality sleep and the tears I've been crying. I feel as though I'm drugged, but I'm not. I'm depressed. All of this precipitated by feeling rejected by someone. Throwing me into a tail spin. I will pray to God for some relief, even though I struggle with that. I'm tired of feeling this way.
