I am really quite proud of myself. I walked 20 minutes on Sunday (even though I didn't want to). Today, I got up a half-hour early (6 a.m.) and did 15 minutes of stetching exercises, first thing, before I could even think about it.
As much as I don't want to exercise, I am tired of beating myself up for not doing it and feeling guilty. That's no good either. At least this way, I get to feel healthy.
Also seems that my megadoses of Vitamin B complex and small doses of DHEA may be helping.
