You and me both paynful! I am sick and tired of this crazy roller coaster ride that I am also on. I want off now! I'm so glad you have things to focus on that make you feel better, we all need that.

It sounds like even though you suffer from depression, you have developed ways to preserve your sanity. Chocolate. Now, I'm right there with you on that one. The creamier the better. Nothing makes you feel better quicker, than chocolate. Love the name "Grace" for your uncoordinated cat, though I must say, I've never met an uncoordinated feline..;-) Coffee..how can one live their life without it? And reading...always a good go to. Self-Help and Non-fiction for me.

All I have to do is look into my precious children's eyes and listen to the sweet sound of their giggles and laughs, and am reminded how special life truly is. All I have to do is get a warm hug and most times it's enough to lift the heavy veil of depression, if even just for a little while. My kids keep me going. I know they depend on me.
