I am not sure if this is the same thing as the original poster is getting or others, but this is what I am getting when I try to go to PC on my phone.
It says that the Security Certificate isn't from a trusted Authority. Which is concerning.

I get this too on my mobile devices. when I checked with my providers it was explained to me that there is two different ways a person can be on the internet....with out all the professional jargon each website is either secure meaning what you post on that website is secure and private and cant be seen by others (examples of this is banking websites, websites where you can apply for social security, welfatre, health care) and non secure (example forums like psych central where the site and community boards are available to search engines)
the security warning on my mobile devices is letting me know when I am entering a non secure /non private website so that I know what ever I do on that website is available to the public.
I have the choice to select whether or not I want to continue going into that non secure /non private website or not, and whether I want to read what android found when they searched for the SSL (secure Socket Layer) certificate.
psych central isnt a private forum so i get that notice every time I use my mobile device and because I know through the notice this site isnt private I am very careful not to post anything I would not want just anyone to know about me. my own choice is to select continue when I get the notice.
