I felt horrible all day today because of it.
The past is really hard to say because I drank and drugged so much and never had trouble with sleep. Slept like a baby my whole life. But I got clean and sober and started taking meds for depression at exactly the same time. So it is hard to say. I do know depression causes circadian rythyms to get messed up. When I am in a severe depression I sleep all day and stay up watching tv most of the night. It slowly gets turned around backassward.
Meds cause troubled sleep? Huh... I'm not even on meds and my sleep patterns have been messed up for quite a while. Maybe it's a good thing that my doctor doesn't want to medicate me. I don't know though. Argh... Confusion.
