Have you contacted anyone from Medicaid to ask about it? or is it all automated or something, I'd think they'd have an option to talk to someone about stuff you don't understand or ask questions about Medicaid.

Or do you know of any places that help people with such things? at the mental health center I go to therapy at they have something called 'Navigations' where people help with applying for things like medicaid, SSI or food stamps and they help with any issues that come up to. Is there anything like that near you? might be worth looking into.
