The problem with tactile is that in the past I have unintentionally hurt myself while trying to stop them in the past. And the ones I've been having recently happen all over.

Maybe try a cold shower? For a strong but safe sensation that would be all over? Or maybe try a cream that causes sensation like icy hot, you could spread it on several areas around your body.
