there is no function that i have found for rotating images online. you have to download them to your hard drive, open in a Window Picture Manager, then Rotate and Save. then you have to upload that to a PC album, and then post it in a forum or Profile Page. .... :P what a lot of work~!

of course if you are uploading pics from your hard drive, just skip the first part.
