Honestly, those seem like fairly easy things to clue in about about you. You have to remember there was consultation between your last T and this T, so she started knowing more about you than a T starting from scratch would.

The observations are pretty broad, not details. Why does it bother you that she seems to get you? That's a good thing. If she wasn't that attuned to you, I suspect you would be upset about that too. Maybe what you need to do is just allow this relationship with this T to develop on its own and try not to nitpick it to death. You are creating stress where there really doesn't need to be any.
