This is the kind of stuff that I've been told by professionals, here in the UK, and I also have intrusive thoughts, that have been made much more manageable because of CBT, and, yes, medication to lower my anxiety a bit. (Propranolol, 80mg a day, which works alongside all the techniques I use to lessen the anxiety)

I will try to talk to therapist about CBT then and Meditation is always hard for me... but Iwill try again sometime.
