Are you getting quality sleep? How long are you sleeping at night? Do you have a regular waking up and sleeping schedule? Do you exercise? How's your diet? Are you getting a balanced diet and taking multivitamins? Do you have any diagnosed mental illnesses?
Until I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, there were periods when I would get a lot of sleep, but it would be broken, restless, etc. So sleeping actually just made me more tired.
If you are really concerned, I suggest that you talk to a counselor or doctor.
