these little things help me maybe it will work for you too i don't know. Some quick things
take a shower to refresh
do a few (maybe 30 seconds) jumping jacks to get the blood flowing and heart pumping
have some raw lettuce and carrots, must be raw not cooked -for some reason this works for me even better than coffee.
Also, I would suggest avoiding foods that are mostly flour and sugar. too much of foods like that can really cause constant tiredness and sleepiness.
eta: romaine lettuce btw, not iceberg lettuce
