You need help before you overload. All that stuff has to be worked through and I don't think you can do it on your own.

The first priority is that you must keep yourself safe. That means anytime you have that urge to do something, you have to call someone or get to the hospital immediately.

Neither is easy - and when you feel those urges, I know you don't want to do either of them, but you have to.

Those feelings/problems don't fade away hun.......they simply fester under your surface till something makes them explode. Take it from someone that knows. I'm really good at taking my issues and putting them into "boxes" and then onto shelves in my "closet". That room has lots of boxes, believe me.
