Bean had her hair cut yesterday.
Really short in the back and angled long toward the front. It looks really nice.
She has had it cut this way before because she does not take care of her hair and ends up with knots in the back. In the past she liked it but this time, they cut it a little different and she hates it. I mean she really, really is upset.

So we go and buy some cute headbands that she wants to wear and she starts to like the look and style. I have to say she looks beautiful and the cut really makes her face look thinner.
This morning she is excited to go to school and took a long time getting ready and needed my help with what to wear. She leaves the house happy and excited to go to school.

I have gotten 3 calls from her at school sobbing because kids are making fun of her haircut, her style, her headbands....I mean really sobbing. She want me to come pick her up and bring her home. Now I am crying!
I cant make this better! I cant make them stop!
She really does look nice! her hair is cute so there is no reason for anyone to tease her. So what do I do???? Do I go pick her up and bring her home? Then what? She has school tomorrow to, and the next day.....I told her to hold her head up high. That she is beautiful and that if the kids know she is hurt then they will do it more. I told her to ignore them and in a couple of days when they realize it doesnt bother her, they will stop. But she has MI. Her brain does not work like this. Its hard enough to be in middle school with all this crap but its worse to be in middle school with MI.
She is going to go to the guidance office and talk to the counselor there. Am I doing the right thing by not getting her and bringing her home???
