I'm also bipolar 2 with mostly depressive symptoms but yes it is normal what yr going through. I just came out of hypo episode and now been going through the depressive side of the road. I'm on a great new med called latuda which is helping me alot! Have you ever heard of it? I'm also on lamictal like you are. Although I've never taken seroquel ive heard that it helps lots of people.
